- 25ml Edinburgh Gin Classic
- 25ml Edinburgh Gin’s Elderflower Liqueur
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- Fresh lemonade
- Lemon twist and fresh mint leaf
- 1. Half fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
- 2. Stir the gin, gin liqueur and lemon juice together in a mixing glass.
- 3. Pour into the glass and fill up with crushed ice.
- 4. Top up with fresh lemonade and garnish with a lemon twist.
