Ingredients

  • 50ml Edinburgh Gin Classic
  • 50ml pear juice
  • 12.5ml sugar syrup
  • Pinch of all spice
  • Fresh mint leaf

Glass

  • Coupette

Method

  • 1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and top with ice.
  • 2. Shake vigorously and strain into your coupette.
  • 3. Garnish with a fresh slapped mint sprig.
